Porcelain Veneers in Bexleyheath, Kent
Veneers are the perfect answer to unsightly uneven teeth. Made of wafer-thin porcelain they are bonded on to the front surface of the tooth and can be used to improve the appearance of teeth which are worn, damaged or unsightly. Porcelain is not only attractive but is very durable and veneers are often used in smile makeovers to create the perfect look.
Because they are very thin and are held in place by a special strong bond very little preparation of the tooth is needed and so this is a very effective, yet uninvasive, form of treatment.

Why do I need veneers?
To achieve a perfect smile, veneers are a very good option to correct minor crowding and rotations within the smile line as well as closing up any unsightly gaps between the teeth.
How are they made?
They are either made In the laboratory using impressions made from your prepared teeth or are preformed (Compo-veneer). The preparation is minimal and is within the enamel of the tooth.
How long do they last?
Porcelain veneers are very strong and durable and should last between 5 and 10 years. Compo-Veneers are fabricated from composite white fillings they may stain/chip and need replacing within 4-5 years.
Do I have to have my whole mouth done?
No, you can treat individual teeth or include all the teeth in the smile line.
