Denture treatment help
Dentures fall in to two categories; partial dentures and complete upper and lower dentures.
They are removable and are used to replace missing teeth. Today’s dentures look very natural (not like previous false teeth) and as well as making people less self-conscious about gaps in their mouths they also function like real teeth making eating and speaking easier.
The artificial teeth which are used are made up of several gradations of colour to provide a much more natural appearance than typical denture teeth. They do not require the use of any fixatives.

What does the treatment involve?
An impression of your mouth is taken to ensure a perfect fit. Work may need to be carried out before you can have permanent dentures in which case you will receive a temporary set during treatment.
It is a great testament to the dental care and skill of our team that we have helped denture patients from all over Kent, not just locals from Bexley and Bexleyheath.
How do I look after dentures?
Dentures have to be removed at night and should be brushed when taken out and again before putting back in the mouth. Special tablets can be used to clean dentures overnight.
Do they look false?
No, these days dentures are incredibly natural-looking and it is more or less impossible to tell you are wearing false teeth.
How much do dentures cost in Kent?
The cost of dentures in Kent varies considerably and depends on the exact treatment required - but most full upper and lower acryclic dentures start from around £1,500 (our prices start from £1,170).
